I recently was given nearly 300 Pez, some brand new in packaging, some open and used, but all in good condition. My mother in law was an avid collector, and is no longer able to stay in her house, and has to downsize to just necessities.
Question is, any recommendations on how to best handle selling this collection? I don't have time, or desire to list individually. Are there collectors or businesses that purchase collections like this, that you know of? I'm located in Minnesota.
I see collections of Pez on ebay all the time. Line them up and take a picture. People who are collectors know what they are looking for, and can spot a good pez in a line up. If there is one they are wondering about, they'll email and ask specific questions. If you are willing to do a little work, list each pez with it's patent number. That helps collectors know what they are getting into.
