Hey all, I just joined this neighborhood on photography. I do have a question about a camera. I am looking for a digital camera that has different lenses that you can change and also I would like to have no delay on the camera meaning I can shoot one right after the other without stopping. I think probably Canon or Nikon would have something, but I am asking if anybody knows what I should look for. Thanks Marie
Just bought the sony A200 10.2mp with 2 lenses. Great camera easy to use and the difference between my old camera (kodak z740) and this is unbelievable. Can be bought for under $600.00
I assume you're looking for an entry-level digital SLR, something that will give you good image quality without breaking the bank. If that's the case, it's hard to beat the Nikon D40. It's only a 6 megapixel model, but it can outperform a lot of lesser quality 10 megapixel cameras. It isn't the least expensive entry-level DSLR, but it's at the top of its class in terms of performance.
Not to mention, although I'll doubtless draw fire from the Canon camp for this, you simply cannot beat Nikon's build quality. If you care more about durability and image quality than you do about having the latest whizz-bang technology, Nikon is the only way to go.
