I have about 300 color slides coming my way, and I know I will make a lamp shade (for my mom as a gift)..but what else can I do. I was thinking curtains too..not sure how to though :)
Not so sure how great a gift it would be, but as far as fun projects with color slides, have you ever tried polaroid transfers? all you need is polaroid 669 film, and a daylab slide printer. i included ebay listings for both. its very easy and makes a very cool finished product. you can find detailed instructions all over the web. just type in google "polaroid 669 transfer"
