Hi guys, My 69 Barracuda radiator has a small overflow hole just below the radiator cap. The lip on the hole only protrudes appx 1/16" and is too small for attatching an overflow tube. Nothing ever comes out of the hole either. Does anyone know if a 69 Barracuda is supposed to have an overflow system? Also, could the wrong cap be prohibiting overflow from coming through the hole? Hi from what your saying it sounds to me like that small flared hole just below your radiator cap is basicaly just the boss and your over flow tube should be soldered into it.I have seen this condition a few times on mopar radiators before when the solder is dry and the tube becomes dissconected from the neck,Hope this helps .Greg
