ill jump, Mudhoney is a good pick, but theyre not POP! I have soooooo many favorite bands, but in terms of "pop" I love (d) INXS, (with Michael Hutchene) Cheap Trick (see Live At Budokan) , The Cars , Neil Diamond ( I know , but what a great songwriter!) The early Beatles, Madonna, R.E.M. , almost forgot ! Tom Petty, Mathew Sweet is a classic popster, Im outta ideas! thanks for the post! love to hear from others, cause I know I forgot a lot of them/
