I tried ironing a print yesterday. Of course, there was a cloth between the iron and the print, but not much luck. Any ideas?

Take print to a frame shop and ask them to dry mount it. They put some type glue on cardboard, place print on it, and then stick it in a dry mount that permanently adheres print so all wrinkles come out and it will never roll up again.
