Hey Kats and Kittens! My wife and I had a chance to travel to Detroit last weekend for the 2008 Autorama. I thought the event was absolutely AWESOME! The best part of the show was the rat rods and traditional hot rods in the basement of the Cobo Center. This is the first time we've been able to make the trip. I was wondering if other members attended the show. If so, what did you think? How did it compare to previous shows? My Brother-in-laws Rat Rod just sold on here.See item number. He finished his ahead of us. Ours WILL NOT be for sale. We intend to use ours and attend shows, cruise-ins, etc... the peoples response to these is unreal. His rod, at a show had THE crowd, setting a few cars up was a Kick @$$ Black Dodge RT charger. It had no one looking. I think people LOVE a change from fancy shiny paint!!
