What do you know about these Old Navy prop Trucks?

I've recently seen several former display trucks listed on eBay. I called the local Old Navy store and the manager told me that all trucks would be removed from all stores. I've emailed a few of the sellers. Sounds like there is no engine or transmission...no brake, clutch, or accelerator...no wiring. There is a rear end. I've seen a few 1947-1954 chevrolet trucks at local car shows in the past few years on S-10 frames. If a guy could get one of the "prop" trucks (rumor has it there are some 600-1100 nationally) how hard would it be to put on an S-10 frame and make a rat truck?

you don't have to put this truck on another frame to start you a nice rat rod...... all you need for a good start is some running gear..... if you could locate a cheap donner car for the motor and transmission etc, you'd be off and running..
