Just moved from Calif to South Bend, IN. and Please don't ask why. Bought a 23' Clipper Marine sail boat and have a slip in St. Joe, Michigan. Looking for some nice places to start going to when it warms up a little. Will be myself most of the time but if there is sailboat that wants to explore get in touch. Rich
