If considered buying a commercial defogging solution,
refill using JJ "no tears" baby shampoo, it smells nice too,
Then you can wash your hair since you have it with you, you will look 100% to tell those diving stories to the guy's that are staring at your hair and the other girls saying hows does she do that.... lol

any soap will work. some better than others. i am in se texas. we have high humidity. to keep my glasses from fogging i use soap from the bathroom dispencer. rub it in and rub/rince it off and no more fogging for hours. the soap is an insulation layer between the glass and the moisture. try it on your bathroom mirror and dare the shower to fog it over.

I carry a small "travel size" tube of regular crest toothpaste in my mask case to keep my mask clean ... after all it is the dirt/water spots etc. that moisture collects on to fog up a mask quickly...

Send me an email address and I will send you a copy of mask clearing tips that a got from a tech diving instructor. I do 90 minute dives with no fog ever!
