Hello to all..Just wondering if anyone like me had spend a quiet silence New years? We actually had No Christmas & New Celebration! As we had Lost our Step Father on the 22nd of Dec. Laying Him to REST IN PEACE on the 26th of Dec. So this tells it all...:( Had a very Sad Holiday this Year as we had promised to bring him home for the Holidays! Well Blessings to all. Sorry for your loss, thats always hard. We just had a regular Christmas. Our Church had our kids youth group production, and my lil baby got to shake a harmonica too. Everyone was included. As for new years, we did nothing, its just another day. Christmas however is the birth of Christ. That is always celebrated as best we can do.
Sorry to hear of your loss ! I really was not digging the Holidays they were my first totally single and alone with the kids. And normally I adore being single, but yup them Holidays were not nearly as fun as any other weekend..lol
New Years I just chilled with the kids, we watched the ball drop on Tv at a friends house who was stuck home with all 5 of her kids..so we let my 2 and her 5 play and me and her drank probabbly more champaign then we should of, but it was alright..lol
New years day , I am not sure I even remember exactly what we did..OH we were playing with the new Wii and the Animal Crossing game all day I think in our jammys..just us..lol
