I do not like that they have taken away his identity.I do not like the art work,it can't compare with that of the 70's.I just wanna know what everyone else thinks about all this, thanks.

Been reading Amazing Spidey since 1963.

Goes through cycles... as I no longer 'collect' Amazing Spidey,
I just read the 'story arcs' that are of interest to me now.

Marvel 'lost' this Marvel Zombie when they started over with the
Volume II numbering on several of their books...

Had complete collections until then!

My youngest son is starting his collection of Amazing Spider-Man,
and not collecting the Spectacular, Web of, etc etc. as he enjoys
the character and the three movies!

The 70's had some great storylines and the 80's showcased some outstanding artwork.

ASM is one of the few comics I still read and now that Marvel has decided to publish ASM 3 times a month...I feel like a kid again!

Now as far as Spidey unmasking...I've got mixed feelings on this.

The possible death of Aunt May? :(

I'm not sure what will happen with MJ & Peter! I do hope that there will be a bright side for Pete during a "Brand new day" storyline.

I am severely disappointed with the 'One More Day" (OMD) storyline ending.
Editor in Chief (EIC) Joe Quesada has taken Marvel's Flagship Hero and ruined an American Icon, not to mention that he has also given long time Spidey fans a big slap in the face by retconning over 20 years of Spidey history.
Until Marvel fixes OMD and or fires Joe Q, I won't be buying ASM anymore.

Yeah, the ending to One More Day was ridiculous. Peter and Mary Jane would've never sacrificed their happiness for Aunt May. And with that deal, his unmasking means nothing now? i didn't agree with him unmasking in the first place, but come on, stick to your guns! now they changed that, too. It seems to me like the writers dont really know who Peter Parker is...I've been reading AMZ for 10 years and this is the lowest point ever. I will keep reading , sadly, just to see if and when they return the title to its former greatness.

I lke the old Silver Age issues much better. I have the a few books in Marvel's "Essential" series. In my opinion, it's much more fun to read what happened in the beginning, and see the characters and villains develop.

I just love what they've done to him now. The Spiderman triology, the products. They Brought spiderman to the 21st century. But as for the comics, which is probably what your talking about, I hate the one where they killed spiderman
