Not only are they the best teddy bears ever - I have worked there! It is the coolest place! Right now I only have 2 bears but am working on my collection - I live about 45-50 minutes from the Shelburne, VT factory and have worked there in the call center (customer service) and fulfillment (dressing the bears - how cool a job is that?) and I LOVE that people are selling them on Ebay so I can expand my collection without going broke - one of the perks of working at VTB is 50% off while you are employed but the bears on ebay are usually listed for a lot less. So enjoy!
Vermont Teddy Bears are the BEST! I have FIVE now, with just one bought direct from the company and the other four right here on eBay. I have bought new outfits from the company and the service is AWESOME! When I messed up a personalized label on one of the outfits while trying to iron just a wrinkled collar and emailed the company asking about sending the jacket back to pay for a new label, they said keep the old one and they sent me another brand new personalized jacket at NO charge, not even shipping. And you can machine wash Vermont Teddy Bears in a pillow case on gentle cycle, hang to air dry, then brush and they look like brand new! One of the bears I bought on eBay came from a home where they smoked (YECH!) and one washing following the instructions from the company and the bear smelled just like new :-)
