I've been selling quality rackets (new and used ) for years. Recently some jerk bought a demo racket from me and gave me negative feedback because he said his pro shop said it looked counterfeit. Guy would not return racket as he said he was using it (????). EBay takes his side and suspends me for 2 months. He wont retract the feedback. Any suggestions?
I had a person not send me 4 seperate articles and, would not give me a refund. After 54 days i again asked for a refund as i would have to leave feedback before time ran out. In my fedback i simply stated the facts no emotion. He in return gave me 5 negative feedbacks. E-bay closed him down due to past ripping people off in both tis e=bay accounts and others. When i asked for that feedback to be withdrawn as he was closed down for taking peoples money as well as minethe response was to leave a reply to his feedback.Well i must say that made me feel better(not)
