I like the new interface and think its better.....except for tickets.......all they need to do is add the row and section numbers into view like the old one and its great!!!
I am so happy I found this discussion. I cannot be more disappointed with the new ticket search interface. Not knowing the sections is HORRIBLE and also, why do you input all your criteria and then when the search comes back you have to go back and select the freaking date again? It is the worst search on the internet. Change should always be better.
Yes I agree just do what everyone in my office does, scroll ALL the way to the bottom and in the fine print you will see OPT OUT in blue letters, click that and you will get the old one back
You got it right on!!! Is there any way to petition this, and let them know that this renders Ebay practically USELESS in buying and selling tickets??? Before seeing this, I posted one ranting and raving about the exact same thing!!! I guess I'll have to post my tickets elsewhere. Where else do you guys suggest??? Perhaps if enough people complain, they may do something!!!
