If your truck is registered and you have insurance on it,Toyota has a buy back from 1995 to 99 for bad frames. All you have to do is bring it to a dealer they put it on the lift check it with a ball pien hammer and if it is deamed unsafe they keep the truck right then and there and put you in a loaner car. The buy back is Kelly Blue Book suggested dealer price plus a half so if your truck is worth $6000.00 they give you $9000.00. Before you take the truck to them make sure you take everything off that you want to keep for they will not let you strip the truck after they deam it unsafe.
