We travel to China about twice a year to select merchandise for our store on Magazine St. in New Orleans. We typically visit places like Shanghai, Xhanxi and Zhuhai. We have also travelled to India and Nepal and brought some things back from there as well. It usually take about 2 months for our merchandise to clear customs, get fumigated and make it across the ocean. We are planning another buying trip in May which we are really looking forward to. We actually had plans to take along a group of our regular customers and make a sightseeing and shopping trip out of it, but unfortunately that did not work out so we are just going ourselves for our regular buying trip. These buying trips are always fascinating and very enlightening. They are a very rewarding part of our business. We'll post our stories in the neighborhood shortly.

Hi Everyone!!! Internationally I've been to France, Belgium, Holland, Greece, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, and Mexico. In the states I've been to New York, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Georgia, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Oregon, California and Hawaii.
So far my favorite locations are usually the ones where I end up on a quiet, remote, white sanded, crystal clear blue warm water beaches. I would probably have to say that Thailand was #1, Mexico #2, Hawaii #3, and Florida #4. If you're looking for a great place to party hardcore, Thailand will take the first place spot again!!! #2 Greece, #3 Amsterdam, #4 Mexico, #5 New York, #6 Florida, #7 New Orleans, and #8 LA.

I've been all over the place: Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Fiji, Tonga, China, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Turks and Caicos, Mexico (Baja and Cozumel), Canada, Iceland, England, Scotland, France, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy and the Vatican. I've been to Hawaii and Alaska and all most all of the continental US (except for the pacific northwest). If anyone wants some recommendations for places to go and stay, let me know!
Mainly I go to places for the scuba diving, but I also like to sightsee, hike, bike and of course eat different foods!
I really enjoy travelling and love meeting new people and diverse cultures. I've been all over the Caribbean, Europe, Egypt, and USA. I'll be going to Greece this summer as well as Turkey and Croatia .Any one have some ideas on things I shouldn't miss or be aware of? Let me know. Thanks
June has past already, did you go to China ? I'm Chinese, if you wanna go , I advise some famous landscape , such as Guilin , Zhangjiajie, if you want to feel the historical culture , you ought to Sian, there are thousands of stone man stood there already for more than 2,000 years.
Hi chezvira1990, This reply is pretty late, but if you're still here and planning to go to Greece, I would definitely recommend you going to Myconos and Santorini. Myconos is known for its party atmosphere, and Santorini is known more for its beautiful sunsets and honeymoon atmosphere.
