Hi, $1800 is enough to get yourself a decent car if you know the right people. Click on my Ebay ID and see the vehicles we have for sale right now. We have a Dodge Neon that you could have for $1800, and we have lots more decent vehicles coming up as soon as I have time to do the listings. I personally drive a 1995 Chrysler LHS that I bought three years ago for $650. It now has 188k miles on it and all I've done to it is put tires on it, gas in it and change the oil once in awhile. There are plenty of cheap reliable cars around if you know where to look. If you need any advice I'll be more than happy to try to help.

Hey, be careful out there. Lots of sharks who'll stick you with a lemon. Make sure you have whatever vehicle you choose inspected by a 3rd party mechanic, or at least spring for a carfax (or equivalent) report. That'll reveal accidents, flood damage, or if the car you're looking at was stolen. Good luck, and happy car hunting!
