Ebay is very good at answering responses , my recommendation is to re-focus on the need be very diplomatic as remember they have a job to do also and getting upset is not going to get a resolution. Explain to the next party what had transpired and be sincere as they may be able to assist you at that point. Hope this answer helps and be patient.
