this one is an extorsin king !! i recently had an auction for 6 gameboy games ! starting bid was low @ $5.99 shipping is clearly stated to canada & usa @ $8.99 this crooked ebayer wins auction for $6.40
i send invoice and he pays a few days later, as they were flat gameboy games they were shipped in bubble envelope which costs me $2.25 from canada post, the actual postage was $2.98 ,, well a week later her replies i got the lot of games but 1 pokemon yellow does not work , i respond stating ship all 6 games back and i will refund your $6.40
Hell no he says I WANT ALL MY MONEY REFUNDED . ebay rules are buyers pay return shipping . anyways a week later i receive a letter with 1 game in it , ok so i refund him for the game and even return shipping , cause im an ok guy ! NOT good enough , he tries to extort me for all his payment back , anyways after a lot of emails back and forth , i tell this crook dont contact me anymore !!! he states ohhhh well sellers cant leave negs fedback for buyers so im in control ,, then files with paypal NO RECEIPT OF ITEMS !! i have many emails from this crook and even have paypal partial refund for $3.00 for 1 game ( remember he paid $6.40 for 6 games ) . well because i will not give in to his extortion .. he files no receipt , paypal now tells me
your sol we need tracking numbers !! so he gets full refund !! plus free shipping , and WOW 5 GAMES FOR FREE !! just fyi ebay used to be a fun place to sell ,, but since this SELLERS CANT LEAVE NEGS FOR BUYERS ITS GONE TO THE TOILET !!!
