Walking is fantastic. It expends energy, challenges the heart and lungs, flushes out toxins, and so much more.

But, did you know that without proper upper body weight training, your body will catabolize (eat) your upper body. That's right!

That is why it is so important to do both weight training and cardio training (walk/run/bike/etc.)
