I took a look around and had a bit of difficulty identifying the maker of the glasses...

I am certain that they wouldn't be Waterford. Tough thing about wine glasses is that the smaller lines come and go. Further, before the industry consolidated over the last few decades, some glasses were sold by independent glass factories (many of these have since been purchased). If I come across an answer, I will let you know.
